Adopt a Mental Health Club
The Adopt a Mental Health Club Campaign is Living Vines Mental Health Foundation’s initiative to expand and sustain Mental Health Clubs in secondary schools across Nigeria. These clubs provide students with mental health education, peer support, and practical coping tools to build resilience and prevent substance use.
What is 'Adopt a Mental Health Club'?
Our Adopt a Mental Health Club initiative creates sustainable support networks for young people facing mental health challenges. By adopting a club, you're not just making a donation – you're becoming a partner in transformation, providing ongoing resources, professional guidance, and peer support that helps individuals build resilience and thrive in their communities.
Establish safe spaces where young people can share, learn, and grow together.
Plant Seeds of Hope
Foster peer connections and professional support networks that last.
Nurture Community
Witness the transformation as individuals develop coping skills and resilience.
